Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

After the arrival of your package if you do not collect it after 3 days of arrival you will not be entitled to your refund

Inspection Before Acceptance

Before accepting a return, we will inspect the item to verify its condition. If the item does not meet our return criteria (unused and in its original condition), we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the item to the sender.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it has been approved for a refund, we will process the refund promptly. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 4 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous or flammable materials, and gift cards.
